1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our booking service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking Conditions

• Free tickets require advance booking and are subject to availability
• Tickets are released 3 weeks before the visit date
• A valid card is required for verification (no charge for free tickets)
• Maximum 6 tickets per booking
• Tickets are non-transferable

3. Arrival and Entry

• Please arrive within your allocated 30-minute time slot
• Late arrivals may not be admitted
• Valid photo ID is required for entry
• All visitors must pass through security screening
• Smart casual dress code applies

4. Restaurant Reservations

• Restaurant bookings include Sky Garden access
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in table forfeiture
• Minimum spend requirements may apply for certain time slots

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated, or fails to comply with our rules and staff instructions.

6. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Sky Garden accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings. Visitors enter at their own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
