Free Tickets

Free Sky Garden tickets involve no charge and therefore require no refund. If you need to cancel your visit, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. This allows others to book the released slot.

Restaurant Reservations

For restaurant bookings:

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund available
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund, but you may reschedule subject to availability
• No-show: No refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your booking reference number
3. State the reason for cancellation
4. Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Exceptional Circumstances
